Be honest, specific and respectful

Describe what you enjoyed or what others should know based on your own experience. Prices, hours and services can change, so include when you visited where possible. Different opinions and negative reviews are welcome. A low rating alone is not a reason for removal.

What we do not allow

• Harassment, threats, hate speech or personal attacks.
• Other people’s phone numbers, home addresses, private conversations, passwords or other information shared without permission.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, fake reviews or manipulation of ratings and likes.
• Undisclosed promotions or unauthorized copies of someone else’s work. Disclose any relationship with a business you review.

Ratings, likes and moderation

Each account can leave one rating per place and may change or remove it. You can like a contribution once and remove that like later. You cannot like your own contributions.

Use the Report link in the website footer to contact us with the page link, the contribution and your reason. Administrators may hide or restore content and restrict accounts that abuse community features. Moderation is based on content and behavior, not viewpoints or whether a rating is positive or negative.

Corrections and appeals

You can edit or delete your own comments. To report an information error or question a moderation decision, email xiaojiu9tech@gmail.com with the relevant page and an explanation.
